The live Google Posts Review Portal — the pre-approval platform for Google Business posts

[ The transformation ]

Before

Google Business posts went out with no controlled approval step, and content was hardcoded — impossible to run cleanly for multiple clients.

After

A reproducible, multi-tenant approval pipeline where content is controlled and configurable, not baked in.

[ The hard problem ]

Making a genuinely multi-tenant system — not just theming, but ensuring every user-facing label, email and message comes from the database so the same codebase serves multiple clients without code changes.

[ How it works ]

I built a Dockerised Next.js + PostgreSQL platform with a proper approval workflow and branded transactional email via AWS SES — and enforced a strict rule that everything user-facing (labels, emails, messages) comes from the database, not the code. That discipline is what makes it genuinely multi-client.

[ Key features ]

01

Dockerised deployment for consistent environments

02

Proper approval workflow — draft → review → approve → publish

03

Branded transactional email via AWS SES

04

Zero hardcoded user-facing content — everything from the database

05

Multi-client architecture without per-client code branches

[ The result ]

Outcome

A reproducible, multi-tenant approval pipeline where content is controlled and configurable, not baked in.
