Goal Organiser
A tool that turns long (multi-hour) meeting transcripts into multiple ready-to-use project goals.
[ The transformation ]
Handing off verbal requirements loses meaning and drops the context the executor actually needs — so briefs arrive vague and half-formed.
A rambling multi-hour call becomes a set of bounded, faithful, ready-to-use goals.
[ The hard problem ]
Turning hours of unstructured conversation into bounded, actionable goals — without losing the original meaning or inventing context that wasn't said.
[ How it works ]
I built a Claude Code command that segments a transcript, de-duplicates recurring goals, and writes one file per goal (≤4000 chars) with a strict split between “what was actually said” (faithful) and “added context” (enrichment) — plus open questions instead of guesses.
[ Key features ]
Transcript segmentation and de-duplication of recurring goals
One file per goal (≤4000 chars) for immediate use
Strict split between "what was actually said" and "added context"
Open questions instead of guesses — nothing invented
