Do I need WooCommerce?
Yes — it runs on top of your existing WooCommerce store.
Do patients need an account?
No. They can check out as guests.
Do I need the paid WhatsApp API?
No. The free mode sends from your own phone. The official Cloud API is an optional upgrade for automatic sending.
Is patient data secure?
Yes — patient records are stored securely and prescription links use cryptographic tokens that can’t be guessed.
Can I sell prescription medicines online?
Skincare and over-the-counter products, yes. Prescription-only medicines are handled through the doctor’s secure link rather than an open cart, in line with regulations.
